Jack And Jill Project
This is my rough draft for the Jack and Jill project. We were only given certain symbols to portray the story of Jack and Jill. I wanted to try and be abstract about this and use symbols such as the & or ! for the main characters but I ended up using more realistic characters which I think ended up better in the end so the story didn't get too lost in translation.
Here is my final project. I wish I knew how to use Illustrator for this project so I could just edit the symbols in size and shape and then just print them onto paper. I, instead, drew them all by hand. I love the way it turned out though. Although printing might have looked cleaner, I think the pen left nice texture.
